How it works

Measured before, measured after

Four phases, in this order, every time. The order is the point: most AI money is wasted building the right thing at the wrong moment.

Phase 01

The scan

Automated and free. Our crawler reads your site the way an AI assistant would, checks whether AI crawlers are even allowed in, looks at how assistants answer buying questions in your category, and scores four areas. You get three ranked plays and a note on what not to buy yet.

  • Takes about 60 seconds
  • No account, no call
  • The report lives at a permanent link you can share with your team
Phase 02

The baseline

Before any work starts we capture where you are today: appearance rate across a fixed prompt set, current response times, hours currently spent on the target process. This is the part most agencies skip, and skipping it is how they avoid ever being measured.

  • Fixed prompt set agreed with you
  • Time study on the target workflow
  • Everything written down before we touch anything
Phase 03

The proof

One project, 21 days, shipped and running. Not a pilot that lives in a slide, an actual system in your business. Then we measure it against the baseline and show you the difference, including when the difference is smaller than we hoped.

  • 21 days from kickoff
  • Runs in parallel with the old process until proven
  • Documentation and handover included
Phase 04

The compound

Once one system pays for itself, the next one from your roadmap gets built. The order matters: visibility brings enquiries, the front desk catches them, operations absorbs the work that follows. Building them out of order wastes money.

  • Monthly measurement against the same baseline
  • Month to month after the initial term
  • You keep everything if you leave
Measurement

How we report AI visibility, published so you can hold us to it

This is the part of the industry with the least discipline, so here is exactly what we do.

A fixed prompt set

Agreed with you at the start and not changed to flatter the results. Adding a prompt mid programme is how vendors manufacture progress.

Ranges, not single numbers

AI answers vary run to run. We run each prompt multiple times and report a range, because one appearance is a possibility rather than a position.

Mentions and citations separately

Being named in an answer and having your domain cited as a source are different outcomes with different value. We never blend them into one flattering number.

Competitors named

Share of voice against three competitors you choose. Progress in isolation is not progress if everyone moved.

Crawler logs

Which AI bots actually visited your site, and which pages they read. If the bots never came, nothing else matters.

What did not work

Every monthly report includes what we tried that failed. A report that never contains bad news is marketing.
