What we promise, and what we deliberately do not.
The scan is an estimate
Reports are generated automatically from public information about your website and comparable businesses. Dollar figures are estimates, clearly labelled as such, and are not a forecast, a guarantee or financial advice. Verify anything before you act on it.
No guarantee of AI placement
We do not control ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Google or any other system, and their answers vary between runs. We commit to the inputs we control and to honest measurement. We never guarantee that any system will name or cite your business.
Engagements
Work is performed under a separate written agreement stating scope, fee, timeline and deliverables. Retainers run month to month after any stated initial term. Fees are due as set out in that agreement.
Ownership
On payment, everything we build for you is yours: content, automations, prompt libraries, accounts and documentation. We keep the right to describe the work in general terms, and we ask separately before naming you.
Acceptable use
The scanner is offered free for genuine business use. Automated scraping of it, resale of its output, or use of it to build a competing dataset is not permitted.
Liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
